Recruitment Juice is the brainchild of world-renowned recruitment trainer, Roy Ripper, and serial recruitment industry entrepreneur, Matt Trott.
Our mission is to shake up the recruitment industry by providing innovative DVD based training programmes that are:
For our first series we chose to focus on new business, as it’s something most recruiters spend around 40% of their time doing... badly! As the economy gets tighter everyone will need to do more new business and do it more effectively. |
|
Rather than just filming classroom training sessions, we wanted to do something really different that would keep viewers' attention and be truly memorable. So we brought together a top team of recruitment experts, trainers, production specialists, actors and designers to make THE JUICY BITS OF NEW BUSINESS.
The end result is a six-week training program that's enjoyable to watch and gets results. Everyone will get something from it, from trainees to directors. In fact some of our customers tell us it's transformed the way their company goes about new business.
We believe THE JUICY BITS OF NEW BUSINESS is the most cost-effective recruitment training resource on the market anywhere in the world.
Eventually we aim to offer a comprehensive suite of fun but effective DVD-based training programmes for recruitment professionals across the globe.
With Recruitment Juice, training need never be boring again.
